The easiest and tastiest way to up the green quota in your week. A simple combination of green peas, coriander and a zesty finish. Keep a jar in the fridge for nutritious meals and snacks throughout the week.
Ingredients: Peas, vegetable stock, white onion, coriander, lemon, olive oil, sea salt, pepper.
Stove top: warm on medium heat in a small saucepan for 5-6 minutes
Microwave: warm for 3-4 minutes
